Aquatech just finished our pool and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone we’ve dealt with through the entire build process was fantastic. After permitting, the pool took just over 3 months to finish! Overall, we couldn't be more pleased.

Annoying
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The initial pricing provided was misleading, and once I committed to the purchase, additional charges were introduced—classic bait-and-switch tactics. Even more concerning, the placement of the steps to the hot tub was poorly planned, creating a significant safety hazard. This oversight not only reflects a lack of attention to detail but also put users at risk of injury. When I raised concerns, the response was dismissive, and necessary repairs or adjustments were not made promptly. I expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, both were lacking.

We enjoyed a first-class experience and gained a first-class pool/spa/patio working with Aqua Tech. Colton, Mark, and Dan proved exceptionally committed to designing and building a pool we would love and enjoy for years to come. The design process was collaborative all the way. Colton’s creativity and talent is based on engineering the best pool possible—a quality that is very important to us. He and Mark were patient and came to our house on several occasions to ensure the completed pool/patio design would match our expectations and living style because designing on a computer is one thing—but designs and people live in real space.Their crews worked efficiently and we never felt our process was “on the back burner.” Despite three major storms, our pool was completed on time. Dan monitored the construction without calling attention to his presence, but was always prompt to respond to texts or calls if we had questions (as were Mark or Colton). Sue in the office was helpful with documents for the insurance for our pool cage, provided the release of liens from the few subs, and facilitating an order of extra tile I wanted. Toward the end of construction, one of the footers for the pool cage was found to be off by a couple of inches—that oversight was fixed quickly when Aqua Tech discovered the mistake. In hindsight, the only thing to do differently would be to start the landscaping process sooner: that took longer to plan and complete than expected. Aqua Tech can’t satisfy all the permits pulled until there is an inspection to ensure no erosion will ensure after construction. But Dan never made our decision process feel rushed to accommodate his time line. Aqua Tech is very pro-customer service from our perspective. We made exactly the right decision in choosing AquaTech. Colton and his quality team have turned a bare backyard and basic patio into an extension of our home we enjoy daily.

This is my 3rd pool and this was the easiest. From the design with Jacob to the pool build with Dan, the project manager, it’s been a joy to work with the whole Aquatech team. They came, they built and I love love love it!

We’re extremely happy we decided to go with Aquatech to build our new pool, spa and cage! Dan, Jacob and the Aquatech team were all amazing! This was the first pool we’ve built and we had a unique situation with our location and they made the whole process enjoyable. We got many bids and felt most comfortable with Aquatech. Everyone was very professional. Jacob did an awesome job designing, answering all our questions and giving his recommendations. Dan made the construction process seem easy and finished construction faster than we thought. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient. I like how he recommended things and gave his opinion, that helped a lot. His communication is also top notch. We’re so happy with our new pool/spa and highly recommend Aquatech! Pool installation was recently completed and we are beyond satisfied! The Aquatech team were excellent throughout the entire process! Jacob was very helpful in walking us through the design process and very easy to work with. Dan C., the construction superintendent, was stellar. Dan's input was always on point! He was very responsive, thorough, professional and we truly felt he always had our best interests in mind. At various times in the installation process we had questions and he always handled each request with patience and creativity. Again, well done by the entire Aquatech team!
